The Highland Lakes Recycling Club is dedicated to promoting recycling on campus. These 4th-8th grade students gather on a weekly basis to collect recyclables from all the classrooms and bring them to the large bin to be picked up by the recycling company. We also learn about why it is important to recycle, where our recyclables go, and how to make a difference with the actions of just one person at a time. Currently, we are meeting on Friday mornings at 7:50-8:25. We invite you to join us and to be a part of helping to keep our planet clean and beautiful for years to come!
