About the Teacher

Mrs. Strang

I was born and raised in Warren, Ohio and moved to Arizona in 2005.  I graduated from Baldwin-Wallace University with a degree in Speech Communications and a minor in Economics and Political Science and earned my Master's in Education from The University of Phoenix. Before teaching, in addition to working many years in corporate America, I was also the Police and Fire Commissioner, as well as a City Council member, in the small town of Reminderville.  

I have been married for 34 years and have three amazing kids, along with my dog, Milo. In my spare time I can usually be found cycling, hiking, working out, or spending time with my family. I also love to travel and have been all over Europe and Africa.

I'm looking forward to a great year that will foster a love of math in all of my students and prepare them for high school.
