Meet Mrs. Malone

Welcome to Kindergarten

Hello! My name is Tracy Malone, and I am excited to be a part of your child’s Kindergarten journey here at Highland Lakes!

I grew up near Detroit, Michigan, and have also lived in Seattle, Washington, and Cedar Rapids, Iowa, before making my home in sunny Arizona in 1998. I graduated from the University of Iowa with a Bachelor’s in Elementary Education and later earned my Master’s in Bilingual/Multicultural Education from Northern Arizona University.

I hold endorsements in Literacy, Early Childhood Education, and English as a Second Language (ESL). With over 28 years of teaching experience, I truly love what I do! I also teach part-time at Grand Canyon University, where I have the privilege of preparing future educators.

I am looking forward to getting to know and working with your child, and partnering with all of you throughout the year to support your child's growth and success.
