Drop Off and Pick Up Procedures

Start and Dismissal Times:

• 1st Bell Gates Open: 8:30 am
• 2nd Bell Academic Start Time: 8:45 am
• Kindergarten Dismissal Time: 3:20-3:25 pm
• Friday (PLC) Dismissal Time: 1:50-2:00 pm
• Early (1/2 Day) Dismissal Time: 11:55-12:00 pm

 

Drop Off Procedures:  

 

• Students must remain with sibling or adult until they walk through the gate. 
• Students will line up along the Kindergarten fence. 
• Gates will open at 8:30 a.m.
• Please drop your child off no later than 8:40 to ensure we can start our day promptly.
• Please do not crowd the gate.
• The gate will close promptly at 8:45. 
• If the gate is closed upon arrival, please go directly to the office.

 

Only students will  be permitted through the gates.

 

 

Pick Up Procedure:

• Families, please line up along the fence.   
• Please do not crowd the gate.
• If a sibling is picking up, please have them come to the gate and remind them to be on time.
• The gate will close promptly at 3:40 pm
• If the gate is closed upon your arrival, please go directly to the office to pick up your child.

Who can pick up your student?

All students MUST BE picked up from our gate. We will not release students on their own. 

• Notify us in writing about any future transportation changes.
• If there is a change the day of, please DO NOT leave a voicemail or email the teacher. Call the office.
• In most cases, we are unable to check emails or voicemails during the school day.
• Your child's safety is our first priority and we want to be sure your child gets home correctly and safely.
